The Good we do for others circulates back to bless us
When we are caring for another person, we are aware that we are caring for a sacred creation of God. Whether as a parent or spouse, grandparent or guardian, healthcare-giver or teacher, we are nurturing others and helping to shape their lives.
We honor God's creativity as we honor people--children or adults--by caring about and for them. We do whatever we can to bring greater comfort, healing, and understanding to those who need tender, loving attention.
According to the law of giving, and receiving, the good we do for others goes full circle and comes back to bless us. It may manifest in unexpected ways and from different people, yet it does appear naturally as we care about and for God's creations.
"He went to him and bandaged his wounds, hving poured oil and wine on them. Then he pue him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him."--Luke 10:34
